just woke up....
catching up here.
then gotta do a bunch of cleaning ASAP.

Doing a bit of catching up here. Got to leave in a few for a cookout. Got the grapes cleaned off, bagged and on ice. Just got throw them in a bag, and head out.

just spent from 8 am to just about two hours ago putting in a new computer desk. had to assemble the new one, take apart the old one, move the hard ware ,clean the mess under it. put back the hardware(most of it now), so that was a pain. still putting thing together,but internet access is able now.

k, got all but 12 of the bottles cleaned. those 12 are still in soaking cause the labels are a bitch to clean off.

Talking to my brother on the phone. He and my mother live in central Kentucky. They have 5 inches of water in their basement. The fire department is coming to pump the water out tomorrow. A maintainence man will be by to inspect the furnance and, with any hope, will be able to relight the pilot light, so they can get hot water again. Cold showers! The ceiling in Moms bedroom was leaking too. Now I need to make something to eat before my stomach stages a riot.

sounds like my house but milder! lol my roof leaks everywhere. and luckily, i have a sump pump (one i have to plug in and monitor) for one of my basements. but my basements have seen over 4 feet of water.... thanks to CIPS shutting off my power last spring.... which of course didnt only fuck up my water heater, but also fucked up one of the 2 floor grate gas heaters that heat this entire 2 story house..... conspiracy much?? hmmmmm jack up the gas bill in the winter so that its so high its impossible to pay, shut everything off soon as spring hits so when the snow and ice is melting along with the rain it floods the vital appliances of a home and ruins them. expect home owner to pay ungodly bill to get power and gas turned back on, PLUS pay for new appliances while trying to pay for the ungodly electric bills during the summer..... fuckin scamming mother fuckers..... and i bet the only reason why they do this shit is to keep home owners from having enough money to go solar and/or wind powered.....

And you guessed it. The home owners insurance is not covering what it will take to get everything back to normal. The whole lot of them are sons of biscuit eaters. Mom has a tough enough time keeping up with things as it is. Don't know how she will be able to cope with this. I am in no position to help her out monetarily. Her deadbeat brother needs to get off his lazy ass, and give his sister some help. Granny left the house to Mom, but he would get half of whatever money they would get for the house if Mom ever decided to sell. He's got to take responsibilty. He wants alot of money, he's going to have to help with the houses upkeep. It's as simple as that.

im thinking about calling it a night already.

Skywise got home at 3:30 and I crashed shortly thereafter! I got up about 40 minutes ago and have been staggering around here trying to wake up. I still can't type...
