Irony. While I was driving to Chicago and back for a funeral ( wife's uncle died ) my friend Bob died. His son and daughter came to see my wife while she was at work today. One of the last things Bob talked about was my wife and I, how good we were to him. The son and daughter wanted us to know that, and that he died without pain.

| omm.... ok.. just dragged a bunch of boxes and totes that were in the downstairs kitchen into the old dining room that i havent been in since... oh... say last fall. and also took a look into the room im going to sort as the fermenting/bottled beer storage room that i havent been in since last fall as well... um, lets just say houses dont upkeep themselves....... its a wonder this upstairs part of the house hasnt fallen through yet!  still got loads more to do in the downstairs kitchen. and stuff.... hif.... like i need to win the lotto... clean up the sink down there.
carry my kitchen table down there and then bring RD's table up here from the garage.

| Went to the hardware store last night to look at the furniture I bought. Got a phone call for some woman who's been using my cell as her own personal spam number. Dropped a 20 dollar bill and didn't realize it was gone until I went back upstairs. A. rushed down to get before someone else made off with it. After that I walked to the store and picked up a few items, got to the cash register, and the damn 20 was gone again. Had A. run around the store looking for it, but never found it. Had to walk home and grab checkbook to pay for everything. Then on the way home I spot the damn 20 in a water puddle next to the sidewalk. *facepalm* | |
