hif...asthmatic and sore. Worried about the neighbor's two little girls. They have the damn H1N1 flu and they aren't doing well. Hope they make it out ok.

dont really wanna go out and split more firewood. theres really no point in it to be honest cause mom told me yesterday that they havent burnt firewoon in years anyway and she has no clue as to why dad wants all this firewood cut, split, and hauled up to the house....

OMM? These kids are nuts today. Especially the youngest - he keeps hitting his older brother (learned off his dad me thinks). I don't like disciplining kids (as they are not mine) but trying to set some boundaries and teach em some manners. Told him what he did was wrong and why - put him to bed, ignoring the hissy fit Hope I'm doing the right thing?

Your doing fine hon. Just remember to be firm with them and don't let them get the better of you. As long as they understand you are in charge and will not tolerate certain behaviors they will (hopefully) listen to you.

gotta start cleaning and hauling stuff in and outta the house and up and down the stairs.
my brother wants to store his boat in my garage again this winter and is gonna help me haul off old appliances, cans, scrape metal, and my truck to be recycled so thatll be a few hundred to possibly even over a grand i can sink into the brewery!

gotta get a cap to put over the cold water line valve before i can move out the old warshing machine.

ran up to Blakus's house and we hauled his old water heater, a bunch of copper pipping, some random small metal stuff, and around 13 bags of cans (unsmashed) to my house to load onto the trailer. too bad we couldnt get that old oil tank outta his basement, that woulda been 500+lbs worth of steel. tomorrow im gonna sort through it all and separate out the aluminum and the copper and try to burn off the plastic/rubber casing around a bunch of wire i have so we dont get docked on that. all in all, there should be well over a ton of metal just on the trailer alone. the bed of my pickup truck has around 40 bags of cans plus a good 7 or 8 sitting beside it. while purchasing a dishwaRsher is a priority, we may wait a bit on that and get some utility sinks and table top stoves first with the money. and of course a 4th fermenting bucket and some other much needed cheaper items.

im debating rather or not to head back downstairs to work on the kitchen some more.
i really need a shower.
i need to get one of my unused notebooks and transfere the brewery equipment info to it so we can take it with us to lowes and home depot to get prices.
