Still buzzing from last night. Got invited to a reader's fair Saturday, the event took place last night. Small crowd, but got 2 new clients and re-connected with an old client.
Friendly group of readers, mostly female over 60, I think they like having a male in the mix ( and a younger male at that )
Totally blew the mind of the first client.

| I somehow think that having your own microbrewery would be the perfect occupation for you since it likely that you know more about beer than anyone around that area. You could have a nice little business doing what you love. Of course, you would have to refrain from drinking all your brewery's output..... | |

thats why we're looking into bigger stuff!  ye know! 30 to 55 gallon per batch stuff instead of our 15 gallons between 3 batches stuff!! then of course, on from there to the WAY bigger stuff! of course, thats where it gets pricey.... but like sam adams brewery, ye gotta start in the kitchen and work up from there!  omm.... brewing DONE! of course, mine will be done before Blake's cause he made a chocolate stout. anyway, i r tired. i havent slept since around noon sunday. and stuff.... hif... kinda drunk and not ready to quit drinking yet. | |

one of the most suprising things of the day, my dad of all people, the most pessimistic people ive ever know especially in regards to anything ive ever wanted to do... and also a non-drinker his whole life.... has actually said my plans for a brewery sounds like an awesome idea!!
should be bottling the beer my either tomorrow or friday.

gonna start bottling on friday.
btw, once the name is copyrighted and liscenced(sp) i will make it public to you all. til then, im treating it as the walls have ears. (not trying to offend any of you btw).
well, gotta get started on prepping the bottles, only have between 120 and 160 of my own to sort.
