| omm....
so last night JT and i were scrounging around my house to see what else could fetch a pretty penny and i remembered that i have an old cast iron bath tub in the basement and theres a place about an hour from here that pays loads for em! like $600+ per tub. and i also have an antique stove in the basement too that could fetch up to $1,000 or more at the right place. those items could be useful! of course... trying to get em up the old raggity steps might pose a problem....
gonna start working on the benches.
and stuff...

eh, just woke up, i dunno yet. Antiques usually do bring a good price especially things like that. A lot of cast iron things were sold for scrap during the scrap metal drives of World War II. Check around for the best offer but don't kill yourself getting them up the stairs. Reinforce the steps first! | |

| He's probably right but get it appraised before you sell it. Whoever ends up with it is going to clean it up, restore it (which may or may not cost much) and then resell it for a bundle. You want to be sure that you get your share of said bundle.
As for who put it down there. That house has a lot of history so it could have been any of the previous owners. Who knows, maybe some of those former residents are trying to help you out in a material way. | |

|  on the 800th! omm.... got 20+ feet of water line for the price of 12 feet PLUS it was on clearance! i told the dude i just wanted 12 feet, he said "ah fuck it! its on clearance! ill give you 20 feet and just write 12 on it! he didnt even measure it and it looks to be closer to 25 feet long! did some price checking and alot of the materials are gonna be cheaper than expected! tomorrow on the way to Kat's place, ima stop by friar tucks and pick up a 4th fermenting bucket and a couple more ingredients kits. still need to get new 20qt brew pots. and stuff.... hif... drunk. | |
