I will. Everyone has cameras on their phones, but me. Need to upgrade. Anyone have suggestions regarding a good cell phone company that offers at the perks at bargain basement prices?

For knee pain I normally take 1000 mg of aspirin at a pop. THAT requires something in the stomach if you don't want to damage your stomach lining and milk is best for that. A milkshake is even better.

The milk used in the making of the shake is a vital source of calcium. The skeletal structure needs as much calcium as it can get. A little food for thought. Ice cream producers are slowly making their ice creams healthier too. Adding vitamins, minerals, and real fruit. They may even start using skim milk. If that's not enough reason to have a milkshake once in a while, I don't know what is. Bottoms up teachent!

Actually, several studies have indicated that skim milk is worst for you and whole milk is best. Something about the way it's processed, but taking the fat out triggers diarrhea and nutrient absorption problems.

I'm looking for that article, but found another which indicates that likewise, lower fat milks increase the likelihood of various cancers:

Will be using this article to look for a more credible one, this one does list the epidemiology journal articles.

I can believe that. I know I used to drink skim all the time then switched to 2% and was amazed at how much better I felt. And it tastes better too

2% is what I was used to before, a lot of places don't even sell whole milk.

Now since I'm allergic to it, mostly what I indulge in is just the cream in my coffee. And the occasional icecream binge. Not lactose intolerant, it's actually a legit allergy, makes me feel like I'm coming down with a cold if I overdo it.
