We drove through the area that the county is going to buy out recently. I don't know if it will be enough. What caught everyone by surprise was that part of town had NEVER flooded before. Flooding always happened on the side of Martinsville that is along White River but it had been raining all week and the ground was saturated so when that line stalled over the area, the rain had nowhere to go... | |
