Spit It Out III

Interesting though to consider, for those of us who eat meat but believe in much of the ethical basis of animal rights.

Considering that even of the farms we consider humane, I imagine not many of them treat their livestock as well as many people treat their pets. If we are determined only to eat animals we know have been treated humanely...

depends on the farm i spose. but "humane", like "balance", is a man made concept created in order to achieve some sort of idea that doesnt really exist. but we're forced to think they do...

computer is acting up today so i spose im gonna shut down even though i just started it up about a 1/2 hour ago...

damner, bank lining is fun, but i HATE sand. not to mention my shins and feet are sorts of torn up now. plus the big ass welt on the back of my left knee from that damn ground hornet or whatever it was.
only caught 2 keepers though. usually we have atleast a dozen catfish from bank lining.
gotta get ready to go out to my neice's b-day party/cookout.
still tired. ugh.

well, while ive been on here catching up ive also been watching the fermenters and clearly theyre not done yet. and its been 8 days! so we're definately converting all the sugars into alcohol which is good. but it looks like we wont be bottling today. which is fine by me cause itll give my foot another day to heal.
of course, by tomorrow, my 2nd fermenter with my remake of my irish red ale will prolly be done too. so i will have to clean and sanitize the full 180+ bottles tomorrow. fun fun.
also, i only have to take Z to the ex-in-laws tonight and they only live about 6 miles away so thats all good too.
time to go watch fanboys with Z.

damn computer. im gonna have to take it apart and give it a good cleaning here in a bit me thinks. should also get some more RAM chips to put in it. hopefully theyll be cheaper since my computer is old.
my 2 latest batches of beer are awesome, one of them is even carbonated already and its only been 2 days since bottling.

My laptop has been acting funky, too. Gives me the blue screen and requires restart five minutes after turning it on, but after that it works fine.

I have backed everything up on it...

It's about 4-5 years old. I've looked up the specifications on it in the past, and apparently that was a bad model and about half of them last only between 2-4 years, so it's actually done...decently.

Firefox memory cache usually gives it indigestion pretty quickly, but IE doesn't work well with the site I have to use to do the extra grant hours for my job...(I could use work computers and stay at work longer, but it's nice to take my laptop to the cafe and do the grant hours there)

my desktop was also acting a bit wonky. due to the upgrade i recieve from Windows.

also felt a bit out of it in the afternoon. just now i found out Isaac Bonewits just passed away 8 am this morning in his sleep.

Just got through adding some stuff to my site. Be happy to not look at code for a while now.
Need to search for a snack, getting that light headed feeling again

just now getting around to getting online for the first time in a day or two.
we had loverly stormy weather here all day, its been nice.
need to hop over to USS and Sita's place since its been a while.

yeah, im sure ill get hit again. hell, my forum and USS just went down on me but are back up now. kinda odd though, RD still had connection while mine was down.
