Is it just me or am I sensing a pattern?
So far we have:
Two in the gulf,
A third where a boat hit a rig and caused a leak.
Now this one in Mexico.
There was a pipeline that ruptured in Michigan (or maybe Maryland,).
Some issue with a rig (if I recall, it was an explosion) in china.
Those two I'd chalk up to probable human error, as I know it happens around the world and doesn't usually get reported, Nigeria being the main area for oil spills.
But even accounting for closer media scrutiny, just seems like a little much for the last few months.
