Well my 2 day trip to Indiana was cool. Met D.J.'s boys for the first time. The kids seemed to get along ok. Its been 2 months since we started dating and so far so good. I hope this good streak continues.

well, my oldest brother tried a bit of my "mun lite" last night. other than the alcohol bite, he didnt complain near as much as he does with any of the other beers we've let him try.
which makes sense due to the ABV being between 7.5% and 8%.
so next time i shall be cutting back on the ammount of fermentables in order to drop it down to maybe 4%.

something is really fucked up here.

on unemployment, which most of the time, isnt your fault, but the governments fault in which the company you worked for can no longer afford to employ you, or maybe on the rare occassion youre fired and the company doesnt fight the unemployment. you have to prove that youre looking for a job in order to get the money that is designed to go to you, plus, it runs out after a certain period of time.

on welfare, you dont have to do a goddamned thing and can get free money your entire life. PLUS, if you live in a city, you make MORE on welfare than those who live in rural areas that HAVE to also have and pay for all expenses of a vehicle just to buy fuckin groceries.

now that is fucked up.... workers getting dicked outta money that is SUPPOSED to go to them while worthless fucks get it all for nothing.

next, taxes.....
again, something is really fucked up here.

you have to pay taxes on everything these days. from the money you make to the money you pay for anything. and from what i understand, the government even recently passed a bill for a 50% inheritance tax.... that taxes on something thats ALREADY BEEN TAXED from your loved ones!! WHAT THE FUCK!????

that made me realize how much harder it is to start a proper and legal business even. imagine it... you as the business owner will have to pay atleast 35% taxes on profits, plus several thousands of dollars in property taxes, plus various taxes on purchases you need to keep your business running, and also being an employee of your own business, you will have to pay another 35% or more on income taxes. at the end of the day, its no wonder so many businesses are going outta business.....

i hope i didnt just clean the fridge up for nothing, the bastard better work, we need a kegorator and i highly doubt the brown 50+ year old latch lock fridge will be easy to drill through... and i cant convert my upright freezer cause its the older type that the cooling system is IN the racks themselves and i cant take em out.
also, cant wait til Blakus gets here with the stuff! and to help carry the fridge back in if it works of course.

so when i picked up RD yesterday from work, we decided to go to a tavern to eat. not long after we ordered, a dude in probably his med to late 20s walks in with a walking stick and backpack. apparently the dude took off walking last year from utah i think he said. hes been all across the gulf coast and east coast taking alot of the scenic and historical routes. hes got his degree in literature and is planning on writing a book when he returns home. i thought about telling him to mention that he met me, but alas, i decided not to. lol
i hope that fridge started working.... it is old so maybe it takes like 24 hours to cool down?

well, the freezer part of the fridge is about as cold as a fridge should be. the rest hasnt cooled off much yet. im thinking this fridge is shot.

well, my headache is gone, good deal for aspirin!
spose i better get started on todays projects.

internet is being a bitch lately, but at least when the internet decides to not work it forces me to do other things
