was up earlier today but decided it was too early to play with the yard toys.
so im heading outside to play!

got the yard mowed and the front yard weed eated!
now im gonna take a shower.
i know, i know, kinda pointless since im gonna go fishing here in a little while, but i gotta get the grass and poison oak juices waRshed off of me.

well, the fish werent cooperating, thats for sure! i didnt catch a damn thing! those damn gnats werent cooperating either! after inhaling and dry heeving up 6 of them and snorting like 9 of them up my nose, im gonna have to make my idea for a gnat hat! kinda like a bee keepers hat, but cooler lookin!

aye! my mom was talking about using panty hose over her head for when shes outside mowing and whatnot. which would work to keep em out of the ears, nose and eyes, but youll still feel them land on ye.

ive got some ideas on what mesh material to use if i can find it for a reasonable price.

The cat and I were watching the gnats fly about outside the window. They like to swarm around my back yard....

Annoying, except right before sunset (well, provided I'm inside around sunset and not breathing them)...the sun hits through the trees at just the right angle to make them look like gold specks swirling around and at that time the swarms are actually quite pretty.

well, they still dont taste very good!

lets see, what am i doing? checking the weather. its all bright and sunny out but we're having tornado like winds and my house is shaking. lol

No, they don't taste good, and they hurt going up the nose.

It was picking up here earlier this morning, but being in the very center of the building, I don't know what it's doing now.

i tell ye what, it was the wind shaking the house that woke me up!
and watching the weather channel news, apparently we're in for a massive tornado outbreak in the next couple days.

im gonna go on a walk and see if i can track down ol Dean to see if he wants to take a look at my truck yet.
