For those that celebrate Imbolc it is just around the corner (next week lol) traditionally a time to celebrate milk and have milk dishes and egg dishes. Do you have a recipe to share? or something you make or do?
I can tell you for me it is a great time to make butter, and show kids and adults HOW you can and how easy it can be. Of course hearty soups and stews are also popular for this holiday!
Fun to fresh bake bread, make your own butter for the bread and serve with a hearty soup that was made easily in the crockpot!
