| Tuggums, my big male cat, snores. Sometimes he snores loud enough to wake himself up; then he'll look around and complain.
Sadie, my little female, likes to sit on the back porch. When I call her in, she gives me all kinds of back-talk. She will come inside, but it's ack-ack-ack all the way and with every step. |

| Woke up last night to a "thumping" noise, like:
THUMP... tumpthump
Got my .45 Colt and woke up the wife. Told her to dial 911 if she heard shots. Walked slowly through the house and into the kitchen. Didn't see anything, but THUMP... thumpthump came from the kitchen.
Flipped on the light and dropped into a combat crouch.
There was Sadie, my little female cat, sitting by the cabinet, pulling the spring-loaded door open with her paw and letting it go. THUMP... thumpthump.
No, I didn't shoot the cat. Wanted to, but didn't.

| My brother-in-law just dropped off some cardboard for me. It's the lid from a refrigerator box. Tuggums was in it seconds after it hit the floor. I doubt he'll move till dinner time. *laughing* |

| Mine are the same way. Whenever a box comes in they all have to examine it, play in it, sleep in and shred it some before I can do anything with it! |

| I have a theory.
Dogs were domesticated for hunting and war.
Horses for transportation, goats, cows, pigs for food.
I think cats were the first TV set. Pure entertainment. |

| Mine runs through the house howl-growling when I pay insufficient attention to him (meaning the breaks I take from worshiping him to eat, bathe, and sleep), or when he gets kibble he doesn't approve of.
First time he did it, I thought something was horribly wrong.
Well, I suppose it was, in his little world.
Yesterday he was in play-mode when I was trying to get ready to leave for work.
Here I am trying to get a scarf on and he's leaping from the floor up to my chest and shoulders attacking the scarf. |

| We kept finding the holiday tree on the floor. Yesterday, we found out how this was happening.
The Prince of Midnight climbed up inside the tree and started batting at the SunLord who stood up on his hind legs and batted back. This went on for several minutes with a number of variations on the theme. Then the Prince climbed up higher than the SunLord could reach standing on his hind legs and started reaching down to tease him. SunLord was having none of that and he jumped up onto the outside of the tree to reach the Prince.TIMBER!!!! Their combined weight on one side of the tree was enough to bring it down.
The undecorated tree is currently anchored to the ceiling pending a more permanent solution..... |

| Although I am now kittyless, when we had Jr. and Missy, those two were enough to drive us to tears from laughing so hard. I taught Missy how to fetch and when I didn't play with her when she wanted me to, she would climb up to the highest point in the kitchen and stare at me with this F**K YOU look on her face. She was quite the little bitch to everyone but me most times...lol |

| Shadow, my Bombay, is gone now, but he liked to play frisbee. 'Specialy the little ones like the covers of big gulps. If there were two people to play with, he'd stay in the middle and you had to throw it high enough to go over his head. He'd leap into the air and bring it down.
If it was just me to play , I'd throw it and he'd chase it, then bring it back for me to throw again. |

| well, as i was laying on the couch recovering from my hangover....
tomas, emmy, and poofer were chasing each other around.
needless to say, tomas used my nose as a leaping point while running away from poofer....

| i wouldnt call em babies anymore. tomas is maybe a foot shorter length wise than foss, but thats normal size for a domestic cat! lol emms and poof are smaller than tommy. cept poof is a fuzzball... like 2 inch long hair and stuff!! |
