The latest installment of Jim Butcher's " The Dresden Files" is out, and I WILL be getting a copy this weekend. The title of the book is "Changes". Drooling Can't wait to get my hands on it.

I had pre-ordered it and started it as soon as the Amazon box was in my hands.

All I can say is that Jim isn't playing around this time. He slams you on the ground with the first few sentences!

Ah *sigh of contentment* I've missed Harry. Wink

Got the book today. Haven't crack it open yet. Got to have something to do this weekend. Wish a second attempt to make another live action series would be made. A motion picture would be awesome.

True story!

I'm about 1/2 way through. Jim Butcher is a mean man. If I was Harry, I'd kick his ass 10 ways to Sunday.

I'm still working on the first books.
It's damned hard to find time to read someone else's books when you are consumed with writing your own!

Finally finished "Changes" while on vacation. I miss Michael. The Almighty owes him one. A divine extreme body make over would be the least He could do. Send Raphael to do some massive healing. Is this the last "Dresden Files" book? The ending made it seem that way to me. I do agree with Lisa. Butcher was a mean man this time around.

I don't think it's the last book, there is so much that could still be done with the character and the story arc is unfinished ( Black Council, etc. )

The book pretty much pissed me off from start to finish.
