On the few occasions I've had it, beer actually makes me sleepy instead of pleasantly drunk...it has been a few years though, so maybe that reaction has changed, or maybe it just needs to be a different kind.

aye, if the beer is overly hoppy, itll make ye tired. hops are in the same family as marijuana after all.

just got home from getting my new yard toys.
mom ended up getting a mower like the one i got and of course, they were doing a one day sale for people 55 and older to get a 10% discount so she got hers for cheaper! grrrr!!
got Blakus's daughter some crayons and coloring books for the days shes comes over so she has something to do.
Blake also called while i was on my way home and invited me to his parents house cause theyre frying up some mushrooms and stuff so now i gotta leave again. lol
and stuff......

A bit sad tonight. The daughter of one of our favorite customers came into the store tonight. She asked us to return the prescriptions we had ready for him back into stock. She told us he was in his final days, and wouldn't be needing them anymore. He had been diagnosed with cancer not that long ago. Seems like the disease is making short work of him. He is in his late 80's, and has lead a good life, but that's no way to go out. My prayers are with him, and his family. Hope The Reaper is kindly. The man deserves it. Always had some nice thing to say about everyone. Blessings!!

i hope RD remembered to get gas in the gas cans for the weed eater and lawn mower. otherwise i wont be able to go outside and play with my new toys tomorrow.
the mushrooms were tastey. of course i cant eat too many of them cause they make me sick.
going fishing tomorrow evening with JT and maybe John if he calls JT back.
and stuff.....

shit, i think i left my last fishing pole holder stuck in the ground out at that pond. that makes 2 ove lost this year already....
thinking about weed eating in the back yard.
just watch a new reel about putting wind turbines out in a cape in the ocean... k, sure wind power is nice, but why disturb the ocean by having them sticking up out of the water when they could simply have them on the shore where they would be 100 times easier to take care of? its not like the wind is any different between 100 yards out and right at the shore.
