Whatcha eating or drinking right NOW?

A Long John Silver's Variety Platter. That's 2 pieces of fish, 1 chicken plank, 4 pieces of shrimp, 2 hush puppies, fries and steamed vegetables. I got a Diet Caffeine Free dr Pepper to wash it all down. The fries aren't all that good. They used to be better than McDonald's.

Too much for this time of night, but I ran my ass off at work, and I am HUNGRY!

A fruit salad consisting of blackberries and strawberries, and baby carrots. Had the leftover pizza crusts earlier. Drinking Diet V-8 Splash Tropical Blend.

Went to Urbana Saturday. There's a health food store with a great deli.

So lunch consists of:

Vegan pad thai.
Purple and green salad: Tofu; red cabbage; parsley and several other ingredients
Old Fashioned Cole Slaw
an orange

And some chocolate covered graham cookies.

Not a blessed thing. The pork chop isn't quite ready to hit the skillet.

Breakfast (at least until my stomach settles) consisted of:
Water
Ibuprofen
Coffee (w/ honey and cream)
Ginger tea.

Migraine is gone, monthly cramps tolerable now, and I no longer feel like I'm going to vomit, but do still feel a bit queasy.

beer and cigs is the way to go KK!

From past experience with second hand smoke, I know for a fact that cigs would help my migraine, but would make the cramps worse.

I never smoked, but when smoking on campus next to the buildings was still OK, whenever I had a migraine I'd go hang out with the smokers.

the beer helps with the cramps silly!

Stomach is now settled enough that potato chips are the food of the moment. They're one of the few foods that don't make me feel worse when I'm already sick to my stomach, oddly enough.

I said it one, but it bears repeating. PORK FAT RULES!! Sugar Free Raspberry JELL-O, and Mugs Root Beer. There Rudy! I am drinking beer. It may not be alcoholic, but it is a form a beer. How's them apples?!

Indeed I have LD. Good stuff. Especially when poured over real vanilla bean ice cream. Barq's Red Cream Soda is also good.

Ate too much, and drank even more. Not feeling too good right now.
