| I had a Subway's roast beef sub on wheat for breakfast so I'm good in the food department for a while. Gonna make some tea and then be useful. | Drinking iced tea at the moment and thinking I'll need to make a fresh pitcher soon. I'll still have to work out tonight. It's "upper body" night. I'm still working on my form but I haven't seriously sprained anything so I think I'm doing pretty good. I probably should get it done before I start making dinner and start IMing with the bff. Once we start yakking very little of a constructive nature gets done!
Also need to do more laundry. I'd have more of it done but Skywise had "ideas" and I grabbed a quick nap afterward. I'll be up until 3 a.m. local tonight! | |

| I've been craving "salty" as in potato chips. Probably NOT good for my diet but the way I figure it, I wouldn't be craving it if my body didn't need it. So as long as I don't go overboard and pig out on them, I should be okay. Tonight's dinner will be pizza. | |
