last thing i ate was fish and rice and veggies

Had Burger King meal for lunch, will have something involving chicken and leftover instant mashed potatoes and garbanzo beans for supper.

At least this brand of instant mashed potatoes doesn't seem to cause digestive....complications.

Despite the fact that the packet might have been in my cabinet for as much as 2-3 years (it still smelled OK).

We'll see if I'm still alive tomorrow. If not, I'll be sure to haunt the forum anyway...

Sunflower seeds and water.

Leftover Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage Helper, brocholli and a pear. To wash it all down, Diet V-8 splash Berry Blend. Haven't decided on dessert yet.

Captain Crunch is good. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy some. None of us think less of you because you like it. Bon appetit! Having steamed vegetables, salad and kiwi fruit. Diet V-8 Splash Berry Blend is washing it down.

Long John Silvers fries. They are cold now. As for the beverage, Diet A&W Root Beer. Cold french fries are truly terrible.

Beer was a staple in the diets of most ancient Egyptians. It's a source of carbohydrates. Need those to power the brain. They were really onto something.
