Yep. It sure can. I get REALLY tired of people trying to "fix" me. If I'm "down", give me space and/or a shoulder to cry on if I need it. I'll come out of it on my own in a day or two at most!

I want to know why it is, exactly what physiological effect that takes place either at the same time as or as a result of the anger and short temper, that always makes it feel like a electrical itching buzzing nails on chalkboard sensation down the back of my head, neck, and down my arms into my hands.

It's let up now, thank goodness, but honestly I feel like the moods would be more manageable without the physiological special effects.

Not to mention when it does hit I feel like I should be shooting electricity out of my head and making the lights explode around me... Laughing

Ask my ex, he has seen lights blow out when I get pissed enough. I've actually made it happen quite a few times. And scared myself in the process...

She's being erratic with me.

Has been on a 25 day cycle the last two months, instead of the usual 30 day cycle, and I'm ovulating way early this month.

I'm cutting back on the soy and rice drink I've been having frequently, to see if that makes a difference...soy has estrogenic compounds and I suspect it may be part of what caused problems a while back....

It actually works to my advantage that it's early though, at least given the timing of a Drs appointment I have in July....on the old cycle it would have been right during my period, on the new one it won't be.

It's okay Rudy. Just get yourself some chocolate, a bag of your favorite chips and take a Midol. You are now ready to hold your very own pity party. Oh! I completely forgot. Need ice cream too.

ap-a-thy (noun) Lack of emotion or interest; indifference. ap-a-the-tic (adjective)

pa-thos (noun) A quality in something or someone that arouses pity. pa-thetic (adjective) pa-theti-cal-ly (adjective)

Websters II: New Riverside Pocket Dictionary

The "a" makes all the difference when it comes to the meaning.

I am being a technical pain in the arse.

Apologies!

No, sister-friend. You are letting your "writerperson" out to play a bit. Something she has done little of these past few years.
