Sitting at the keyboard, wondering if I should delve into some serious mirror magic. Got called a "Bitch!" on the phone by a extremely bad customer. She has called our staff pharmacist a "Bitch!" to her face. Time for some comeuppance. She was banned from the store about three years ago. If she thinks any of us has forgotten her asinine antics, she's got another thing coming.

I'm yawning and getting up. I hate mornings.
